The Clemmer Classic pickleball team is excited to partner with the Granger Recreation Center in Garland, TX to create the Clemmer Classic Pickleball Tournament.
This indoor tournament will have pickleball doubles divisions for Men, Women and Mixed beginner and intermediate teams.
We will also have a Scrambler division for those who are new to tournaments or need a partner. In the Scrambler division you will sign up as an individual player and the computer will randomly select your partner for each doubles match. Additionally, we are excited to host special Scrambler events for our 65+ Golden Girls and Silver Foxes.
This event will take place on Saturday, February 15th, 2025 at the Granger Recreation Center (1310 W Avenue F, Garland, TX). We'll have 6 courts.
Schedule of events for beginner/intermediate players:
Scrambler Divisions: (9;00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.)
Golden Girls (65+)
Silver Foxes (65+)
Women (21+)
Men (21+)
Doubles Divisions: (3:00 - 7:00 p.m.)
Men's (21+)
Women's (21+)
Mixed (21+)
Registration is now open and the cost is $20 per player. Registration will be managed on the Garland Granger Rec Center website. If you are interested in playing in both the the Scrambler and Doubles divisions on 2/15, use the Granger website, each event will cost $20/player.
The tournament staff will then determine divisions and playing levels. Tournament participants will need to download Swish prior to the tournament - winners will be determine based on points.
